Miss You | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Good morning & happy Tuesday!  Welcome back for another does of Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  As part of our New Year tradition, the team is revisiting some of our fave sketches, this one is Donna’s. For my card this week I played with some fun Trinity Stamps goodies and paired them up with sentiments from Concord & 9th. I started off with my white base panel, I used the Lemons & Leaves 4 layer stencil and some Distress Oxide inks. I decided to leave off the lemons only using the branches and both leaves layers. Once the stencil portion was done and dried, I stamped the base piece with the Encouragement Text background stamp using Cobblestone ink. I love the look of the text behind the branches!!

Next up, I used a rectangle stitched die at a wonky angel for the cutout then using Sand cs to mat both pieces. The sentiments are from the Big on You stamp & die set. I stamped the large words with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide ink and then heat embossed with the Saltwater Taffy Embossing Glaze. I stamped the smaller sentiment with a dark gray ink, then die cut both pieces with the coord dies. Finally I added some Fireball dewdrops and finito!
