Peace Joy Love (& cookies) | Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge

Good morning & happy September! I am so excited to be Guesting this month with the Caffeinated Christmas Card challenge group!!!! This month’s sponsor is Scrap n Stamp, a fantastic stamp company in Canada and the theme is CANDY or COOKIES! Of course, the first thing I did was GO SHOPPING! lol

Scrap n Stamp carries loads of our favorite stamp companies, and I found the super cute Thanks a Latte stamp set & dies from Lawn Fawn and paired them up with the How You Bean? Christmas Cookie Add-On.

I did some paper piecing on my coffee & cocoa mugs, then added a little fun inside each cup (love those marshmallows)! Once the mugs were done, I set them aside then stamped a couple of candy canes and colored them up with copics.

Next up… COOKIES!!!! lol I stamped off my cookie outline shapes on Kraft cs. The set also includes solid stamp shapes that fit inside the cookie outlines. For the tree cookie, I cut the inside piece from green glitter cs. For the star cookie shape, I stamped the inside with some Distress Oxide Ink and then heat embossed it with the coord Oxide Glaze and added a couple of “sprinkles” on top. Finally, for my Gingerbread man…. I stamped the inside shape on some white shimmer cs and stamped a heart & sweet little face.

Finally I stamped my sentiments on a couple of banners. Once all of my pieces were done up, I adhered them with some foam tape… I am soooo in LOVE with how this turned out!
