TCC: #126, Time to Celebrate!

Happy almost weekend!  I'm a little late with this post, so sorry!  Look at all of those warm tones and shimmeries in that inspiration photo!  I just love the golds on black the shimmer on the bulbs and form teh candles!

For my card I used the HELLO die (Pink Fresh Studio) on some Gold Glitter paper (Concord & 9th) and backed it with black cs. I found the music note paper in a Christmas pad and it seemed a perfect background.

I really loved the clocks in the inspo photo but I didn't have any, but I did find some wood gears in my embellie stash!  The color was NOT what I wanted to so I went to work and fixed that, lol!  

Using my finger I dabbed on some TIDY WIDY TEXTUREZ (Shimmerz Paints) on those gears, then let it get good and dry.  Using some CORAL REEF INKLINGZ (Shimmerz Paints) I kind of dabbed/painted over the Teturez.  Once it was dry it was still a little too pink for me so I went over with some GOOD AS GOLD INKLINGZ (Shimmerz Paints), just some dabs here and there.  It was perfect!  It gave it kind of a rose-gold kind of look.  I really love how it all turned out!
