Happy Thursday! Happy September! Just a couple of, hopefully short and cool, weeks and we'll be hanging out with Fall!!!! Cooler temps and boots… here I come! lol I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Fall (of course I say that about Winter and Spring, and oh heck! Winter too, hahahaha. Back to "business", it's Thursday and time for another Krafty Chicks challenge. This week's hostess is Miss Leanne and the theme twist is BALLOONS!
So I didn't actually have any balloon stamps or dies (I know!! HOW CAN THAT BE?!?!?!?!?!), so I had to improvise. These heart dies are PATTERNED HEARTS dies (Reverse Confetti) and they were perfect! I used both sizes with some floral paper, and then I die cut the larger with the pink glitter paper (by Concord & 9th) for matting the smaller floral heart. I just added some 1/16" black ribbon bows & "strings"… voila! Heart shaped balloons 😀
This "hello" die is retired (Reverse Confetti), I LOVE the height and whimsical font! Anyway, I die cut it with the same pink glitter paper. All of these shimmeries and pretties are adhered to a white Postage Stamp die panel, and a black card base.
That's all I've got for ya, be sure to check out what the rest of the Chicks have been up to,
Lori, Leanne, Nance & Amy and our Krafty Guest Katie!
And don't forget to link up your creation at the Hen House!
This is fun, love the heart balloons!
