KKS: July Release Hop, Bessie Bus Stop

Hey yall! Happy Release Day!! Today the Krafty Girls and Guests have the whole release to show off to ya!

For my card today, I’ve colored up Bessie Bus Stop and tried out a couple of new techniques!

For the background I played with a little Distress Smooshing! OMG was that loads of fun!! I grabbed a couple of Distress Pads and got busy! I was giggling so loud in the loft, hubby hollered up to see if I was ok, lol. I also added a few sequins here & there.

I also tried something fun with that sentiment die that I saw, I think, Amy Scheffer do. After creating my background, I decided where I wanted that “hello” die to go, then I punched it out. I also punched out the same die with some creme cs (white was too blunt for the background). I think there are 4 layers there total, with the Smooshed layer on top… LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the way this turned out!!!
