Happy Friday morning!!!! Time for another CAS-ual Friday's stamps challenge! This month's challenge is PRECIOUS METALS. This can be anything from metal charms or embellies or something embossed with a metal colored powder! For today's creation I made a tag using the new Autumn Blessings stamp set along with the coordinating Acorn Fri-dies as well as the Scalloped Tag Fri-dies!
Here's my "precious metal". I took a wood chip "family" and covered it with some clear Embossing Ink then covered in some Liquid Platinum Ep. I had planned on doing multiple layers of this, but I loved the look after just one layer! I used the Leaf dies and cut a few out using some patterned paper, but I also used the coordinating line-art stamp images from the set to also stamp an "outline" for each leaf. THen I just added a bit of twine to "hold the leaves together".
The "Blessings" is also from the stamp set… I LOVE, LOVE this stamp set! It's so perfect for more than just Thanksgiving and Fall!
