Good morning & happy Tuesday!  Welcome back for another does of Tuesday Morning Sketches!!  I’ve taken this week’s sketch, flipped it and made a page for my bullet journal. Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

I am finally sharing my April bullet journal cover page. I’ve been using the Gnomes from Trinity Stamps for my monthly cover pages, they’re so stinking CUTE! For April I used the Spring in my Step stamp set & coord. dies

I stamped my Gnome and the butterflies, colored them up with Copics & OLO markers then die cut them. Using my Cloud stencil I inked up my clouds with Oxide inks, then stamped the sentiment in the middle of the clouds. It’s hard to see in the pics, but I also added some shimmer highlights with a Stardust pen and various Metallic glitter pens

The grass was made using this fantastic stamp & die combo from Trinity, I used 3 of the grass “layer”/images with various green inks, then used one of the coord dies to cut it all out. For the “April”, I used a couple of the flower stamps from the Stamp set. I die cut the letters then used the negative as a “stencil/mask”. Once each letter was in place, I stamped the flowers in random places within each letter then colored them with Copics. Once these were done, I outlined each letter with a Fineliner pen.
