Friends are the Flowers | AUD Sentiments Challenge

First Monday of the month and it’s time for another AUD Sentiments challenge! This month’s theme is Embossing and/or flowers… I decided to play with both!

I’ve been wanting to play with a Hot Foil image that I could also color, this is the Sakura Cut & Foil set from Trinity and it was PERFECT! I hot foiled with some silver on watercolor paper then used the outline to cut it out. I used Zig Real Brush markers and a paintbrush to watercolor the image.

Next up I used the Encouragement Text background stamp and a very pale pink ink for the background. Finally, my sentiment is from the Friends are Flowers stamp set, I used the coordinating die to cut it out. The sentiment is stamped with embossing ink then heat embossed silver glitter ep.

Finally I added a few Boiled Sugar baubles here & there and Voila! Finito… Heat Embossing, Flowers + a sentiment! Thanks for popping by, I hope to see you again soon! Don’t forget to link up your creation –> here.
