Good morning & happy Thursday! I am Guesting this month with the Caffeinated Christmas Card challenge group, and I’m back with another card!!!! This month’s sponsor is Scrap n Stamp, a fantastic stamp company in Canada and the theme is CANDY or COOKIES!
Scrap n Stamp carries loads of our favorite stamp companies, and I grabbed these super cute Thanks a Latte stamp set & dies from Lawn Fawn and paired them up with the How You Bean? Christmas Cookie Add-On. I used these for my Challenge card on the first, and I love them so much I am using them again, but this time for a slimline card!
For the base of my card I used some patterned paper I had and the Stitched Card Panels & Windows slimline dies. If you look closely, the window layer is popped up with foam tape.
I paper pieced my mugs again, but this time I colored in my “cocoa & coffee” and added some whip & marshmallows (I LOVE that there is a marshmallow stamp & die in the Thanks a Latte set!).
For the cookies, I colored up the edges with some brown copics then colored up the insides. Next I grabbed some glitter glue and added some green chunky glitter, some yellow seed beads and some cranberry red microbeads. Oh! and a couple of gray baubles for Gingey’s buttons.
The sentiment is from a set of Winter Holiday dies from Karen Burniston and I paired them up with some green glitter cs. Finally I added my sentiment to a couple of sentiment strips and added a yummy Christmas Tree cookie (with rhinestone ornaments).
