Hello, Beautiful | Tuesday Morning Sketches

Happy Tuesday!  Time for another Tuesday Morning Sketch!  I've used the sketch this week along with some goodies from Trinity Stamps to make a sweet "hello" card.  Please scroll to the bottom of my post for this weeks sketch, or you can click >here< to see it on the TMS Blog.

20220703_085837 (1)First off, I grabbed the Bed of Roses 2 step stencil set and some Oxide inks.  I absolutely LOVE this stencil!  I just kept it basic this time, Saltwater Taffy for the roses and Peeled Paint for the leaves.  One of the great things about ink blending is that you get such a variety of shades even with just one color.  Next I stamped the Words of Encouragement bg stamp on some Vellum, I used Wheat ink.

Finally, I stamped my sentiment in Saltwater Taffy then added some Saltwater Taffy Embossing Glaze to make it really pop!  I also added a few Baubles to the top in Mossy Morning and Coral Reef.  Well that's it for my me!  I hope you have as much fun playing with this sketch as I did!  You can link up your creation on the TMS Blog, we'd all love to see what you create!  You can also visit the blog to see what the rest of the Design Team created!  Thanks for popping by, hope to see you again soon!

  1. I really like your card, putting script on a vellum banner and then putting over the patterned paper you created. the colors are so pretty and it’s a unique card, clever use of the sketch for sure!

  2. I was so busy looking at all the cute TRHS stamps I almost forgot to come back and comment on your TMS card. Your card is very pretty. The stenciling is just lovely. And I like it against the kraft paper.

  3. Lovely card Tangii. The stenciled background is so pretty. I really want to get some layering stencils, they look like so much fun.
