Holy Snickerdoodles! It's a birthday party / MISTI collaboration! The wonderful peeps at My Sweet Petunia sent us some fun goodies to play with! I used the NEW Laser Etched Original Misti… so in LOVE!!! Perfectly stamped images EVERY time.
I sometimes get in a hurry with the stamping of the images part and sadly I sometimes mess up the image… this corner didn't stamp out or that side was too heavy/thick, but I just love how evenly stamped the images are with the Misti and I don't have to press down so hard!
For my first birthday celebration card, I used the Just Cake stamp set & Coordinating dies and the Party time stencil (all 3 items are brand spankin' new and available NOW in the TRHD store!)
I started off by making a "frame" with one of the candle stamps. I colored these in with Copics and added some Sakura Stardust glitter pen to the flames.
Next up I stamped my cake and a few more candles, colored them up with copics and then used the coordinating dies to cut them all out. Before attached the die cut pieces, I used the Party Time stencil, a paint brush and some Glitz Glitter Gel to add a few "sprinkles" around the white space. Finally I popped up my cake and added the 3 extra candles.

I just think this cake stamp set is so cute . We always need Birthday cards and this one is so versatile and you can do so much with it, and with the misti you can get it stamped perfect every time!! Thanks for sharing.
