TRHD: October Release day 3

Hey yall!  Thanks for popping in for day 3 of The Rabbit Hole Designs release hop!  Are you loving all of the caffeinated & stencil goodness?!?!?  Today we are inking up a NEW Caffeinated Critter… meet Caffeinated Kangaroo and we're pairing him up with another new stencil, Back Alley!

For my background, I masked off an area a but bigger than my 'roo then placed my Back Alley Stencil.  I used some Brick Oxide Ink and a Cotton Tail Blender Brush.  I kept the darker ink around the edges and top 2/3rds of the panel, bringing the lighter towards the middle and bottom.  Then to give my bricks a little more depth and definition I lined some of the edges with a Pitt Pastel pencil and smeared/blended with my finger.

Using a Misti, I placed and then stamped the Kangaroo right in the white space left.  I colored him up with some BV Copics… what?!?  Purple 'Roo's are totally a thing!  Finally I stamped a couple of sentiments on the brick background and added a few enamel dots for a bit more color.
