Happy Thursday! Week's Krafty Chicks Challenge theme is ANY OCCASION! For my card this week I inked up the Brushed Blossoms set (retired, Concord & 9th) with some of my new Altenew inks!
Builder sets are not typically my "thing", don't get me wrong, I think they are beautiful!!! I just kind of struggle with them… yeah! I REALLY need to get over it because these are super fun!! To be fair, I've also never really had the inks to do layering, so there! (after this post, I'm off to buy more!) lol
For the flowers I used 3 different inks, I love how the Pink Pearl ink looks different against Cotton Candy vs Sunkissed!
For the sentiment, I've stamped it in a Gray (I forget which one, but also by Altenew and came in a set of 4 Grays). I grabbed one of the lighter grays for the flower centers! I will certainly be buying more of these layer/builder sets!

It looks like Pink Pearl was the perfect color to use for the second layer on both flowers, Tangii. I love all my Altenew inks and layering stamps.
