Hey yall! Happy Digi Choosday!! Every "Choosday" Polkadoodles has a new challenge and a new DISCOUNT CODE! Head over to the blog to get the code, & happy shopping! As always, our challenge is ANYTHING GOES, but the DT is playing with a Shabby Chic theme!
Instead of making a card this week, I took an old black frame and decorated the inside. This is just a basic 5×7 picture frame. I used several pieces from the Winnie Wonderland Digital Collection. There are bajillions of amazing pieces in this collection!! The center is a cut out piece from one of the Design Sheets, I brushed the edges with some Antique Linen ink, the went over them with an edge distresser. I added a black silk ribbon bow to the top, LOVE IT! For the background I used one of the digi-papers from the pack, this one has lots of stopwatches on it, I added the sentiment where I wanted it and printed… voila!
I also added a few hearts that pop up. Here's a closer view. I just love how this turned out! My daughter is doing her laundry room in Alice, I think this will fit in perfectly!! Thanks for popping by, be sure to visit the Digi Choosday blog to see what the rest of the DT & Guests have come up with and don't forget to link up your creation!
I've entered this in to the following challenges… Crafters Castle – ATG, Send a Smile 4 Kids – ATG, Crafting with Friends – ATG.
What a great project! I love this quirky collection, and I love how you’ve used it!
