Wowzers! It's been FOREVER since I've stamped! I was a little worried for a minute there that I may have forgotten how, lol. Thank goodness for Challenges and great stamps to get a girl back in the groove of things.
I grabbed Read Between the Lines stamp set (SugarPea Designs), a new paper pad I got from Nina Brook when I went to their event in Ontario a few months ago and got busy! For the layout of my bookmark I used the current sketch from Freshly Made Sketches (#318). I just love all of the great colors in this bookmark! The Chat Bubble die was used with a plain orange and then I just stamped the "sleep less, read more" from Read Between the Lines. The blue strip is also a solid piece of blue and I stamped a couple of the sentiments from the set with Lead ink (Reverse Confetti). The stars are from the Gift Tag die set (SugarPea Designs). I also added a little black Enamel Accents for his eyes.
Well I love to read…..and I love this sweet bookmark! Adorable! Glad you shared it at FMS!

What a great idea to adapt the sketch to a bookmark! I love how the words used in the background are all about being inspired to read! I think it’s safe to say that you haven’t forgotten how to stamp!
