A little something yummy, Red Velvet cookies & DS154

Happy Deconstructed day!  Happy Friday-eve!  and HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SUMMER BREAK!!!!  Happy, Happy, Happy day! 🙂  For today's Deconstucted Sketch card I grabbed my Label Me set and made a card & some goodies for my neighbor.  The paper for the card is called Sweet Day, by Echo Park, the colors were just perfect for a "cheer up" card.

I started off thinking I'd make some Strawberry & White chocolate chip cookies, but the Red Velvet was really calling my name!  Turns out Red Velvet is my neighbors fave anyway! Woot!!  The card shows VERY pale above, but I just had to show ya the cookies… oh and they WERE yummy!

I used the Label Me die too… I just LOVE the little "bevel" the die gives… such a nicer look than if I'd just cut it out!  The star on the label is from the Oh My Stars! die, again I LOVe the little "bevel"!  On the print paper I grabbed some ink pads and the tiniest flower from the Petals & Posies stamp set and stamped some flowes then dabbed the centers with some Black Enamel Accents.  I am so in love with the Doin' the Wave die!!  I seriously cannot get enough of this, and for this card I grabbed one of the solid papers from the paper pack, got my waves and then added a few little black dots with my Copic .03 Black Multiliner
