Hey yall! Today kicks off the June peeks for Kraftin Kimmie! Squeeeeee! Today I am playing with Hip Hip Hooray, but the DT is also showing another fabby set from Nicole Aspinal called Wine Me, Dine Me! Is it clear that we like to party here?? lol! I stamped my giftie then masked it and stamped the balloon image a couple of times. I also stamped some balloons on another piece of paper so I could cut a few out and pop them up (see below)
I wanted to add a little shimmer to the image so I colored the curling ribbon from the balloons with a Sakura Stardust pen (my all time favorite shimmer pen!!!). I also added some polka dots to a couple of the balloons with a White Sharpie paint pen (I am thinking that I need MORE colors of this awesome pen!).
The front of my card was getting a little crowded so added my sentiment on the inside and made it “pretty”. Voila, a fabulous birthday card!!! 🙂
