Kraftin Kimmie: Bookworm Trinkets

Good morning!  Today we’re peeking the new Bookworm Trinkets set.  OMG!  Don’t ya just love when you see a set or stamp and the ideas nearly drown ya?  Well this is one of those sets!! (who am I kidding, I think every stamp/set at KK fits that bill, lol).  During my Guest stint with KK, I’m learning all kinds of great things and my “must read” book list has grown by leaps & bounds, so of course I needed a Book Journal!!

I got the pocket and library card from the Silhouette Online store, and altered the Library card some (erasing some words and adding my own).  I used the Dr. Seuss trinket stamped twice, first in black and then in pink.  The pink image I cut off the scallops so I could pop-up the words… LOVE!!

I also made a book mark.  Again, the bookmark came from the Silhouette Online store, then I stamped the cute little bookworm trinket, colored him in, cut him out and adhered him to the center of the bookmark.  It was VERY hard for me to NOT add all kinds of pretties to my bookmark, but I really do want it flat so it doesn’t ruin any of my books when the book is closed 🙂
