Today is the final day of the MFP hop, didn't I tell ya? The sets are awesome this month!! Today I have 2 cards to share. For the first card I grabbed the sentiment from the
Island Life set (we showed this off yesterday). The shell is from the
Silly Shells set, I colored it with copics and then cut it out before adding it to the sentiment panel. I LOVED coloring the shell!! My sketch is this week's Sketch challenge over on SCS… such a great layout!
If you've already been to the Marks Finest Papers blog then you may have already seen this card. This card was a little difficult to photograph because of the way I colored it. Again, my sentiment comes from the Island Life set and the shell from Silly Shells. I took some white card stock and stamped the shell trio image with some VersaMark ink then colored the shells in with my palest Copic markers… irl, the card looks really soft and the sentiment and the rhinestones at the bottom 'pop'. If you look closely you can see my scalloped bottom on the kiwi cardstock.

Like the color shades & embellishing. I like all things sea shell. Have a sea shell collection in my master bathroom. Wallpaper theme of master bathroom is beach/sand castles/sea shells.
