Today we are showing off the
Scenic Selections set. Some people are AMAZING at creating scenes with their stamps, I am not one of them, BUT even I already have TONS of ideas for this set! There are so many pieces and varying sizes you can add these elements to so many different stamp images! Well I am guessing that you are probably hating me about now, unless you live in So Cal, for making a "snow" card. I guess I can still LOVE snow days since we don't really have any here, lol. So back to my card… I took 3 of the pine trees in varying sizes and grabbed a couple of green inks (Vivid brand) and scattered some trees. Then I added some snow using some gorgeous, glimmery white glitter. I added some ruffley ribbon to the top of my window as a valance and voila… done! My sentiment is from the
Mother's Magnolia set.
Please hop along with us! You have a chance to win one of the above stamp sets! Just comment on the following blogs (don't forget this one), each day for more chances to win! (You do NOT have to comment on all the blogs each day! The names are drawn randomly!) All four winners will be announced on May 19, 2012 on the Mark's Finest Papers blog. You can go back and comment if you missed a day. (HINT: The more you comment, the more chances you have to win and comments on the MFP blog count twice!) The deadline for commenting is 11PM EST on Friday May 18, 2012.
