MTME “For a Fabulous Friend” set

Soooooooo, I was starting to put some Christmas things away,  when I noticed some packages that weren't wrapped yet (yeah we still have some family we haven't seen yet :(), apparently hubby mixed up some packages that were supposed to be postal with some Christmas gifts that were supposed to go under the tree!  Oopsie!  But it did give me the opportunity to create this fabulous packaging for a VERY dear friend of mine!  I used the So Fortunate template, which I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE because it is so stinking simple and I loved the Chinese look I used the other day, but I also REALLY like this look too.  The paper on the box is from the A Loving heart digi paper pack (my friend ADORES black and pink!).  I used Killer Curves: Fancy Frames to frame my sentiment from the Sensational Sentiments set.  I put several pale pink rhinestones on the frame, for a splash of color.  On the bottom corner I took 2 roses and tied a black ribbon around the "stems"… so pretty!  I took a hugely wide black ribbon and wrapped it around the box and pushed the ends through the handle (this worked great at keeping it closed!) and tied it in a knot, tucked in a few more roses and DONE!  Easy Peasy!!  For my card I used the Fancy a Cuppa set, a few more rhinestones, more ribbon and another rose.  Very simple card!  For some more inspiration with this great template head on over and visit

  3. This is so cute, Tangii! I SWEAR I almost used this same paper…had it in my print window and decided against it. How funny would that have been?! LOL Love the roses you added and the bold ribbon! Also adore that cute little card to accompany the pretty package
