PMS Release Party Challenges, #1 Night of Navy, Rose Red and Brocade Blue

I have had this idea in my head for awhile now, this color challenge was perfect!! My Darling Daughter can be so wonderful, but oh my goodness… when she grumpy, heaven help us all!!! (those of you with teenage daughters are, I am sure, completely understanding this!). Hehehe here is a little sign I made for Sissy, my dd…  We'll be optomistic and call this the front 😉

Here is the back…

Here is a close up of the main part of the sign.  I punched hearts out of my doube-sided Cloud 9 'Be Loved' dsp and layered them using dimensionals.  I printed the words on my computer on Very Vanilla cardstock.  I also used Brocade Blue and Night of Navy for matting.
IMG_6557 For the front, or the 'nice' side, lol, I used Lauren in Love, colored her with Copcs and Red Spica Glitter pen (the hearts) and Pink Shimmerz (her wings).  For the paper I used Cloud 9 dsp, Very Vanilla and Rose Red cardstocks.  Rose Red brads and Very Vanilla Tafetta ribbon for embellies!

This one was fun!!!  I stamped the small volcano image from PMS using bleach as my "ink" pad on the Night of Navy piece to make a background.  I also stamped the same image on Very Vanilla cs and colored it in, cut it out and then popped it up with a dimensional in the lower left corner.  I colored the dino in with Copics.  I added Red Spica glitter pen to the lava on the small image, and Sakura Stardust to the lava on the background images.

  1. Tangii, that is hilarious and so cute! That would be great for my “high maintenance” 9 year old son 🙂
