KKS: Sandy Toes book mark with Creative Chemistry!

Hey yall!  Welcome back to another day of Kraftin Kimmie peeks!!  Today I've paired up my peek with a class I'm taking!  Today the Krafty Girls are inking up SANDY TOES by Emilie!

Last month I made a great summer bookmark/gift tag, but unfortunately for me I really had to give it away 😦  So this bookmark is just for ME!!!  

IMG_4101I am taking the Summer of Creative Chemistry classes and this is the first week!  My assignment, while basic, was TOTALLY perfect for the base of my bookmark!!  The base is just a tag (I didn't even use a die or Silhouette tag!), it's a Tim Holtz tag and I had some fun blending some Distress Inks! (Wild Honey, Mustard Seed, Dried Marigold and Scattered Straw with some Antique Linen on the edges).  I LOVE the way it turned out!  

IMG_4103I stamped the sentiment from the SANDY TOES set right on the tag.  The Beach Babe is stamped on Xpress It, colored with Copics then fussy cut and adhered right on to the tag!  The crinkled ribbon on the tag is one of those things that I collect because it's so yummy and pretty and then never use, because DUH! it's so pretty and yummy!  Well that's all the sharing I"m going to do, because it's time to go introduce this cutie to her new home, er, book!  Happy hopping, can't wait to see you back here tomorrow!!!
