Phyllis is by another fabulous new artist,
Wendy Leach!!  Phyllis just reminds me of a warm cozy {{hug}} like your favorite stuffed animal when you were little.  Isn't she just the sweetest??  This is one of those papers that I've "hoarded" for years (seriously, it's been at least 5 to 6 years!) but it was just perfect for Phyllis, and I just LOVE her in blue & gold 🙂  I add some White Sparkly Fluff to the middle of the flower for a little "texture".
