Yeah, it's FINALLY here!  Time for the Paper Makeup Stamps March release (aka my very favoritest release ever, lol).  I'm sure you've met her already, but this is Caliope and this time she is ready for Spring and sporting a flower!  I paper pieced Caliope, used Build-a-brads and to make the sentiment show up a little better I stamped it on Vellum and then adhered it to the base.  I punched a center for my Prima flower to match the brads.  A very springy card, for such a rainy day in So Cal! lol.
